The first level of this plan, the medical emergencies in the vicinity include the permanence m\u00e9dicale 24\/24h, gestures and operations, first aid, monitoring of the patient, the biological examinations and the base sanitary transfer simple.<\/p>

The emergency medico-hospital basic (CHP) relate to the actions of resuscitation and resuscitation, transfusion, hospitalization, and surgical intervention (surgical), while the functions of the emergency medical-hospital complete (CHR\/CHU) are the resuscitation hospital versatile, the transfer health specialist (SMUR), the regulation of medical calls, and the training continues in the emergency room, and intensive care.<\/p>

The sanitary transfer specialist (SMUR) will be, too, in a progressive way : Fes, Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakesh and Oujda in march 2013, Laayoune, Agadir, Meknes and Kenitra in October 2013 and Settat, Safi, Beni Mellal, Al Hoceima, Tangier and Tetouan in June 2014. The 4 Heli-rescue units that will be acquired in the framework of this plan will be deployed in 2013 in Marrakech, 2014 in Oujda and Laayoune, and in 2015 in Tangier.<\/p>
