These initiatives social impact are in line with the royal speech of August 20, 2012, in which his majesty the King had said that it will create an enabling environment for access to housing, health care, and the different structures of the vicinity, as they reflect the particular interest given by the Sovereign to the improvement of the conditions of care and hospitalization of patients in need of emergency medical response or those suffering from cancer.<\/p>

The national Plan of care of medical emergencies is organized around five main areas, namely the improvement of the care of emergency pre-hospital and hospital care, strengthening the training and supervision of medical and paramedical personnel, the development of partnership-public\/public and public\/private, in addition to the promotion of the regulatory framework in the field.<\/p>

During the launch ceremony of the plan, the minister of Health, El Hossein El Ouardi, was presented to his majesty, the King a statement in which he emphasized the establishment, within the framework of the improvement of the care of emergency pre-hospital, of the eleven centers of medical regulation, the progressive commissioning of the single national telephone number and free calls to emergency medical "141", strengthening and standardization of the park ambulance, to the creation of 20 new UAS midwifery to rural people, the establishment of fifteen services-mobile emergency and resuscitation (SMUR), and the acquisition of four heli-SMUR.<\/p>

The improvement of the care of the hospital emergency happening in the commissioning of 80 units of medical emergencies in the vicinity, including 30 in 2013, the upgrade and strengthening of intensive care at the regional level and the universities, and the development of emergency medical specialist, he informed.<\/p>

To reinforce the training and supervision of medical and paramedical staff, the minister of Health, highlighted the importance of development education Centres emergency care, as well as the creation of a system of emergency medical technicians (Casablanca), of a field paramedic in emergency care (Rabat) and the establishment of a Centre of expertise in the assessment of emergency services (Fes).<\/p>

Mobilising investments in the order of 500 million dirhams, the national Plan of care of medical emergencies also provides for the strengthening of the partnership between the public\/public (civil protection, royal canadian mounted police, royal armed Forces, ministry of Interior, ministry of Health, ministry of Equipment and transport) and public\/private sectors, as well as the promotion of the regulatory framework, in particular through the regulation of the acts of emergency medicine, pre-hospital, the development of a career plan trades of the emergency and the creation of a chain of Permanencier assistance to the medical regulation.
Subsequently, his majesty the King, may God assist him, has visited a booth where is exposed to a sample of the equipment for different CHU of the Kingdom, in the framework of the national plan of care of medical emergencies. It is also the teaching materials and training to emergency care, six ambulances SAMUR and a heli-SAMUR who will be assigned to the university hospital of Marrakech and will operate in a radius of 300 kilometers.<\/p>

The hospital of oncology, university hospital Hassan II, inaugurated by the Sovereign, has, for its part, a service of medical oncology, a radiotherapy service, a unit of brachytherapy and nuclear medicine department. With equipment mdd-edge, the new hospital structure, which required a budget of more than 190 million dirhams, has 23 beds and 17 seats of chemotherapy. With a mission to expand the network of specialized structures in the treatment of cancer in Morocco, the hospital of oncology, university hospital Hassan II will provide the medical care of patients with cancer (chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and comfort care), as well as the training of medical interns and residents, continuing education and medical research.<\/p>

The inauguration of this center and the launch of the national Plan of care of medical emergencies come and reinforce the many initiatives launched by the Sovereign in matters of health, including medical assistance Regime (RAMED), reflecting once again the continued commitment of the Sovereign to create favourable conditions for the access of all citizens to basic health care, and to strengthen the health infrastructure in the various regions of the Kingdom.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
